Openera Refund Policy

Except as specifically set forth in this section, all Openera services are prepaid for the period selected (monthly, yearly or otherwise) and are non-refundable.

Users of our Personal Openera accounts and trial or beta accounts may cancel their accounts, free of charge, at any time.

When users (Personal, Professional or Enterprise) cancel their account, they will not be issued refunds for their most recent (or any previous) billing. The single exception to this is pre-paid annual subscribers. Annual subscribers who wish to cancel and request a refund may do so within 30 days of the day on which they were charged for their account; in these cases, only a partial refund equivalent to 80% of the annual fee will be returned. Other requests for refunds may be processed at the sole discretion of a Openera sales staff member.

All cancellations are processed automatically. To cancel, please click the link that says "Cancel Account" and follow the instructions.

Important: After you've cancelled your account, you will lose access to Openera. Your online data, including email, contacts, and calendar, will also be deleted from Openera. Note that once you have cancelled your subscription, you will not be able to reactivate it.

If you have a question while cancelling your account, you must give our email staff adequate time to respond to your message. Delays in our support system do not qualify as a reason to extend your trial or beta period. Cancellation requests sent via email to CustomerService@openera.co will not be processed and will be replied to with an automatic response. You must use our form to process your cancellation.
